Self Storage in Guthrie Sold!

Michael Bohn has purchased a self-storage facility located at 2420 East College consisting of 76,730 square feet from Global One Services, L.L.C for $3,000,000.  The property will be utilized as a self-storage.  JeffLester, CCIM with NAI Sullivan Group provided brokerage services to the Buyer and Seller.  Closing was held at Chicago Title Oklahoma Co. by Dawn Brooks.
