ACAI Investments, L.L.C. has purchased retail buildings totaling 6,197 square feet & .65 acres for $700,000 located at 2817 and 2829 North Classen Boulevard and 1408 Northwest 28^th Street. The properties will be used for an Optometrist office.  Amir Shams with NAI Sullivan Group provided brokerage services to the Buyer and Seller. Closing was held at Oklahoma City Abstract & Title Company by Teresa Koeppe.
