GR RE House, L.L.C. has purchased a retail property located at 2541 West Main Street consisting of 8,186 square feet from N & Q, L.L.C. for $2,000,000. The property will be utilized as a retail location and an investment.  Nathan Wilson, Sam Swanson and David Hartnack with NAI Sullivan Group provided brokerage services to the Seller.  Closing was held at Title Clearing and Escrow, L.L.C. by Sherry Summers.
