AutoZone Development, L.L.C. has purchased land located at 13310 East 116th Street North consisting of 1.38 acres from Garret Creek Dev Co, L.L.C. for $661,232.00. The property will be utilized as an AutoZone retail location. Sam Swanson and David Hartnack with NAI Sullivan Group provided brokerage services to the Buyer. Closing was held at First American Title.
