Emrik Enterprises, L.L.C. has leased an industrial property located at 7020 Northwest 39^th Expressway consisting of 2,490 square feet from Christy L Boismier.  This business will be utilized as an auto service center.  Darryl Meason with NAI Sullivan Group provided brokerage services to the Lessee and Lessor.
