·    Sagac Public Affairs, L.L.C. has leased an office property located at 316 Northwest 61^st Street consisting of 6,500 square feet from Plainsman Properties, L.L.C.  This facility will be utilized as a business office.  Irmon Gray with NAI Sullivan Group provided brokerage services to the Lessor.
