City of Pryor purchases 504 W. Graham

The City of Pryor Creek has purchased a property located at 504 East Graham consisting of 43,036 square feet from HAC, Inc. for $400,000. The property will be utilized for municipal use. Sam Swanson and David Hartnack with NAI Sullivan Group provided brokerage services to the Buyer and Seller.
