Team USA Body Shop, Corp. has leased an industrial warehouse at 3900 South Purdue consisting of 11,214 square feet from George L. & Mary A. Fitzhugh. Team USA Body Shop will utilize the space for an auto body repair shop. Bob Sullivan, CCIM with NAI Sullivan Group provided brokerage services to the Lessor.
