HL Investments, L.L.C. has purchased an industrial property located at 7617 Southwest 34th Street consisting of 5,700 square feet from Frank & Karen Mataranglo for $370,000. The facility will be utilized as an investment. Bob Sullivan, CCIM with NAI Sullivan Group provided brokerage services to the Seller. Closing was held at Oklahoma City Abstract by Teresa Koeppe.
