401 S.E. 59th Street Leased

MMC Contractors National, Inc. has leased an industrial property located at 401 Southeast 59^th Street consisting of 20,000 square feet from WB Gibb Trust.  This space will be utilized as a location for staging and storage for a construction project for the University of Oklahoma Medical Center.  Zac McQueen and Amir Shams with NAI Sullivan Group provided brokerage services to the Lessee.
