DM Wright Investment, L.L.C. has purchased a retail property located at 3201 Northwest 23^rd Street consisting of 5,400 square feet from 23^rd Street Strip Center, L.L.C. for $442,000.  The facility will be utilized as an RNR Tire Express, a franchise retailer of quality tires and custom wheels.  Amir Shams, Zac McQueen and Steven Duncan with NAI Sullivan Group handled provided brokerage services to both the Buyer and Seller.
