AutoZone purchases land on May Avenue

AutoZone Development, L.L.C. has purchased a retail property located at 2827 North May Avenue consisting of 0.642 acres from Fair Finance, L.L.C. for $600,000. The property will be utilized as an AutoZone retail location.  Sam Swanson and David Hartnack with NAI Sullivan Group provided brokerage services to both the Buyer and Seller.  Closing was held at First American Title by Diane Tisch.
