3201 S. Council Road Sold!

Dustin Kurtz with Kurtz Real Estate, L.L.C. has purchased an industrial property located at 3201 South Council Road consisting of 9,000 square feet from David Kim for $595,000.  The facility was purchased as an investment property.  Bob Sullivan, CCIM and Irmon Gray with NAI Sullivan Group provided brokerage services to both the Buyer and the Seller.  Closing was held at Oklahoma City Abstract and Title by Teresa Koeppe.
