N3 Property Advisors, L.L.C. has purchased a property located at 1734 Northwest 82nd Street consisting of 1.36 acres from Lawton Marketplace Investors, L.L.C. for $769,225. The land will be utilized as a shopping center development. Sam Swanson and David Hartnack with NAI Sullivan Group provided brokerage services to the Buyer. Closing was held at Republic Title by Russell Dickson.
