S.W. 134th Street & May Avenue Sold

AutoZone Development, L.L.C. has purchased land located at Southwest 134^th Street and May Avenue consisting of 1.01 acres from Kyseka Family, L.L.C. for $450,000. The site will be redeveloped as a new AutoZone location.  David Hartnack and Sam Swanson with NAI Sullivan Group provided brokerage services to the Buyer.
