DW Western, L.L.C. has purchased land located at 7416 South Western Avenue consisting of 0.70 acre from Excel Food Market Inc. for $1,150,000. The Buyer will be redeveloping the land into a restaurant.  David Hartnack and Sam Swanson with NAI Sullivan Group provided brokerage services to the Buyer and the Seller.
