3800 N.W. 39th Street Sold

Mazroy Gus, L.L.C. has purchased an industrial property located at 3800 Northwest 39^th Street consisting of 23,404 square feet from Countertop Werks, Inc. for $1,850,000. Countertop Werks, Inc. will lease the space back on a short-term lease while NAI Sullivan Group markets the property to new tenants. Amir Shams and Zac McQueen with NAI Sullivan Group provided brokerage services to the Buyer. Closing was held at Old Republic Title Company by Alison Nobs.
