815 W. Memorial Road Sold

AEX Corp, Q.I. for M.R.P Properties, L.L.C. has purchased land located at 815 West Memorial Road consisting of 0.86 acres from the Garvin Family Trust/Patsy McBride Trust for $600,000. The property will be utilized as an investment.  Bob Sullivan, CCIM with NAI Sullivan Group provided brokerage services to the Seller. Closing was held at Old Republic Title Company of Oklahoma by Alison Nobs.
