Ostovar Investments, L.L.C. has purchased a retail property located at 3301 Northwest 23^rd Street consisting of 2,367 square feet on 0.61 acres from Arco & Fox Properties, L.L.C. for $540,000. The property will be used for re-development. Zac McQueen and Amir Shams with NAI Sullivan Group provided brokerage services to the Buyer. Closing was held at Oklahoma City Abstract and Title Company by Teresa Koeppe.
