5900 N. May Avenue Sold

DW May, L.L.C. has purchased a retail property located at 5900 North May Avenue from the Herbert H. Burghart Jr Trust for $2,650,000.  The Buyers intend to redevelop the Armando’s restaurant space into a new quick serve restaurant.  David Hartnack and Sam Swanson with NAI Sullivan Group represented both the Buyer and Seller.
