Russell Cellular, Inc. has leased a property located at 659 Northwest 32^nd Street in Newcastle consisting of 1,600 square feet from Newcastle Plaza, L.L.C. Russell Cellular, Inc. is a Verizon franchisee and will utilize this space for their newest retail location. David Hartnack with NAI Sullivan Group handled the transaction.
