8 Unit Apartment Sells in Mesta Park

Creek Development, L.L.C. has purchased a property located at 1000 Northwest 19^th Street consisting of 5,694 square feet from BSL Enterprises, L.L.C for $220,000.  The 8 unit apartment complex will be utilized as an investment. Aaron Elyachar with NAI Sullivan Group handled the transaction.  Closing was held at Capital Abstract and Title Company by Dawn Brooks.
