Greenwood Concepts, Inc. has leased a property located at 4045 Northwest 64^th Street, Suite 310 consisting of 1,126 square feet from Lakepointe West, L.L.C. Greenwood Concepts is a marketing firm specializing in direct marketing and consultative sales, representing Fortune 100 and 500 companies. The office space will be utilized as an Oklahoma City location. Amanda Sullivan and Nicole Mayes with NAI Sullivan Group handled the transaction.
