Office Park Development Sold

ABC Construction Services, L.L.C. has purchased an 8.8 acre tract located at just off the northwest corner of Kelly and Coffee Creek in northwest Edmond from Oak Tree Park Development, L.L.C. for $483,000.  Oaktree Business Park will have 11 garden style office buildings ranging in size from 5,000 to 7,000 square feet and the office buildings will be for sale or lease. Bob Sullivan, CCIM with NAI Sullivan Group handled the transaction and has been retained by the development group to handle the sales and leasing of the new Oaktree Business Park.  Closing was held at First American Title and Trust Company by Janie Cotton.
