BMW Investments, L.L.C. has purchased a property located at the 4612 North MacArthur Boulevard consisting of 2,574 square feet and 0.98 acres more or less for $200,000.  BMW Investments, L.L.C. is a franchise owner for Jack in the Box and IHOP, the location will be utilized as an office and training facility. Amanda Sullivan with NAI Sullivan Group handled the transaction.  Closing was held at Old Republic Title Company of Oklahoma by Barbara Chatman.
