Northeast corner of Wilshire and Western Sold

Willowbrooke Investments, L.L.C. has purchased a property located on the northeast corner of Wilshire and Western Avenue consisting of 0.16 acres more or less from Wilshire Crossing, L.L.C. for $35,000.  Willowbrooke Investments, L.L.C. plans to utilize this property in conjunction with the neighboring parcel that they already own.  David Hartnack with NAI Sullivan Group handled the transaction.
