500 N. MacArthur Sold

MacArthur QOF, L.L.C. has purchased an industrial property located at 500 North MacArthur Boulevard consisting of 41,000 square feet from Brookstart Investments, L.L.C. for $760,000. The property will be utilized as an investment.  Zac McQueen and Amir Shams with NAI Sullivan Group provided brokerage services to the Buyer.  Closing was held Oklahoma City Abstract and Title Company by Teresa Koeppe.
