2001-2003 Exchange Avenue Sold

Exchange Investment Play, L.L.C. has purchased an industrial property located at 2001-2003 Exchange Avenue consisting of 37,886 square feet from Mohammed A. Islam for $725,000. The property will be utilized as an investment.  Zac McQueen and Amir Shams with NAI Sullivan Group provided brokerage services to the Buyer.  Closing was held Oklahoma City Abstract and Title Company by Teresa Koeppe.
