4312 Southeast 31st Street Sold

Aerokool X Holdings, L.L.C. has purchased an industrial property located at 4312 Southeast 31st Street consisting of 24,000 square feet and 1.86 acres from Keas Stainless Steel Fabricators, Inc. for $1,300,000.  The facility will be utilized as a warehouse space. Bob Sullivan, CCIM with NAI Sullivan Group provided brokerage services to the Seller.  Closing was held at Old Republic Title Company of Oklahoma by Kelly Clark.
