JJE, L.L.C. has purchased land located at 1925 South Eastern Avenue consisting of 1.18 acres from Estate of Nettie L. Winters for $105,000.  The property will be utilized as an investment.  Bob Sullivan, CCIM with NAI Sullivan Group provided brokerage services to the Seller.  Closing was held at Chicago Title by Dawn Brooks.
