Neutron Holdings, L.L.C. has leased an industrial property located at 1244 Northwest 4^th Street, Suite 200 consisting of 5,092 square feet from Linwood Development, L.L.C. This space will be utilized as storage and charging of lithium-ion powered electric scooters. Zac McQueen and Amir Shams with NAI Sullivan Group provided brokerage services for the Lessee and Lessor.
