Warhall Designs, L.L.C. has leased an industrial
property located at 14350 North Lincoln #200-#210 from Lincoln Industrial,
L.L.C. Warhall Designs plans to use the 14,400 square foot space as a new
production facility for the granite and marble fabrication company. The space
will also allow Warhall Designs to consolidate their administrative staff into
one centralized facility. David Hartnack with NAI Sullivan Group handled this
transaction.
