L.L.C. has leased the former Public Supply property located at 1236 Northwest
4th Street consisting of 26,600 square feet and 1 acre of fenced yard from
Linwood Development, L.L.C. This
property will be utilized for the landscaping, fence and lumber company. Amir Shams with NAI Sullivan Group handled the transaction.
