9300 N. Kelly Leased

Flexogenix Group, Inc. has leased build-to-suit space at 9300 North Kelly consisting of 11,700 square feet for a medical office providing non-surgical, bio-chemical treatments for joint pain. Tower Lakes, L.L.C. and Johnston Buildings are working together to build the new facility. Flexogenix hopes to open in the 3^rd quarter of 2018. Nicole Mayes with NAI Sullivan Group, Robin Anders with NAI Carolantic Realty and David Bohanon with Tower Lakes worked on the transaction.
