TC Realty, L.L.C. has purchased a property
located at 1045 Northwest 15th in Ardmore, consisting of 5,540
square feet on the hard corner of Commerce and 15th from
Becker-Snedegar Properties, L.L.C. for $415,000. The future use has not been
disclosed at this time. Nicole Mayes and Adrian Lillard with NAI Sullivan Group
handled this transaction. Closing was held at Republic Title of Texas by Joy
Green.
