BlueWater Energy has leased an industrial
property located at 400 North MacArthur consisting of 20,000 square feet on 4
plus acres from Bruce Martin. The space will be utilized as an office and service
yard. Irmon Gray and Bob Sullivan, CCIM with NAI Sullivan Group handled this
transaction.
