Lowe’s Home Improvement has sold a 1.18 acre tract of land in front of their store on Memorial Road in Oklahoma City, OK for $975,000. Outback Steakhouse will use this site as their newest location. David Hartnack and Sam Swanson with NAI Sullivan Group handled the transaction.
