Zaxby’s to open new location in Moore

Ladi Di Food Groups Holding, L.L.C. has purchased 0.91 acres more or less located just South of 19^th Street on the I-35 Service Road from Moore Sorrento, L.L.C. for $665,776.  Ladi Di Food Groups, L.L.C. plans on opening a new Zaxby’s restaurant on this site with I-35 frontage.  David Hartnack and Sam Swanson with NAI Sullivan Group handled the transaction.  Closing was held at First American Title and Trust with Pilar Beare.
