Zaxby’s to open location at N.W. Expressway & MacArthur

Ladi Di Food Groups Holding, L.L.C. has purchased a property located at 5859 Northwest Expressway consisting of 0.66 acres more or less from Trason Global Realty, L.L.C. for $1,100,000.  Ladi Di Food Groups, L.L.C. plans on opening a new Zaxby’s restaurant on this site.  David Hartnack and Sam Swanson with NAI Sullivan Group handled the transaction.  Closing was held at First American Title and Trust with Pilar Beare.
