2104 North MacArthur Sold

Gustavo Garcia has purchased an industrial property located at 2104 North MacArthur consisting of 3,888 square feet on 2.35 acres from Rupa Gupta for $335,000.  Mr. Garcia will use this site as a new location for Caribbean Pool Plastering. David Hartnack with NAI Sullivan Group handled the transaction.  Closing was held at Oklahoma City Abstract and Title Company by Teresa Koeppe.
