Zaxby’s to open at Reno & MacArthur

Ladi Di Food Groups Holding, L.L.C. has purchased 0.88 acres more or less located on Reno just west of MacArthur for $500,000.  Ladi Di Food Groups, L.L.C. plans on opening a new Zaxby’s restaurant on this site adjacent to Arby’s.  David Hartnack and Sam Swanson with NAI Sullivan Group handled the transaction.  Closing was held at First American Title and Trust with Pilar Beare.
