Land sold to Tractor Supply in Choctaw

R A Wilson Ent., L.L.C. has purchased land located at Northeast 23^rd and Triple X Road consisting of 4.3 acres from Triple X, L.L.C. for $222,429.  The property will be utilized to build a Tractor Supply, expected to open by the end of the year.  Bob Sullivan, CCIM with NAI Sullivan Group handled the transaction.  Closing was held at Trust Mark Title Company by Erica Nichols.
