Omaha based Engineering Group leases new space in OKC

The Schemmer Associates, Inc. has leased approximately 1,000 square feet in the office building located at 4516 Northwest 36^th Street. The building was recently purchased by Pinnacle Group Realty, L.L.C. for investment purposes and as their new headquarters. The Schemmer Associates, Inc. will be their first new tenant in the former Cobb Engineering building. Nicole Mayes with NAI Sullivan Group handled the transaction.
