First Pentecostal Church of God as purchased a property located at 4312 South Prospect consisting of 2.26 acre more or less from Calvary Missionary Baptist for $165,000.  This property will be utilized as a church.  Darryl Meason with NAI Sullivan Group represented the Seller. Dean Lemons with Dean Lemons Associates represented the Buyer. Closing was held at Old Republic Title Company by Kristal Beard.
