New Page, L.L.C. has purchased the former Page Woodson
School Building located at 600 North High for $925,000. The property consists
of approximately 79,000 square feet of building on 2.4 acres of land. The
Seller was the Independent School District No. 89 of Oklahoma County, Oklahoma.
The property is just south of the OU Health Science Center. The building was
built in 1907 as the original Douglas High School. The plan for the property is
to develop it as a multi-family property. Bob Sullivan, CCIM with NAI Sullivan
Group handled the transaction. Closing was held at American Eagle Title Group
by Mary Gardner.
