143 Acres of Land Sold!

Penn109, L.L.C. has purchased a property located at Northwest 23^rd and Kilpatrick Turnpike consisting of 143 acre more or less from Ellison Investments, L.L.C. for $1,700,000.  This property was purchased as an investment.  Bob Sullivan, CCIM with NAI Sullivan Group handled the transaction.  Closing was held at Oklahoma City Abstract and Title Company by Chris Crone.
