Dental, L.L.C. has purchased a piece of land located at Centennial Plaza in
Bixby, Oklahoma consisting of 0.94 acre more or less from Eagle SPE Multi I
Inc. for $458,992. The new owners plan
to develop the parcel into a new dental clinic.
David Hartnack with NAI Sullivan Group and Matt Mardis with Paine &
Associates handled the transaction.
Closing was held at Guaranty Abstract Company of Tulsa by Carla Hall.
