Sell of S.W. 74th & Sunnylane

Averitt Express has purchased a parcel of land located at Southwest 74th and Sunnylane consisting of 3.46 acres from Natalie Cohen and Judith Ungerman for $162,500. The land will be utilized as a trucking company. Bob Sullivan, CCIM with NAI Sullivan Group handled the transaction. Closing was held at First American Title and Trust Company by Betty Cummins.
