Sell of Hillcrest Medical Building

DMG2, L.L.C. and PTO Investments, L.L.C. has purchased a property located at 2149 Southwest 59th Street consisting of 25,345 square feet from Medical Center Partnership for $1,950,000. The facility will be utilized as a medical office building. Susan Davis Jordan, CCIM with NAI Sullivan Group handled the transaction. Closing was held at Capital Abstract and Title Company by Janie Cotton.
