3.112 Acres Sold at MacArthur Crossing

BEKM has purchased 3.112 acres located at the southeast corner of MacArthur and Memorial Road from MacArthur Crossing Investors, L.P. for $1,124,239. The land will be developed as a hotel site. Irmon Gray and Robin O’Grady with NAI Sullivan Group handled the transaction. Closing was held at Capitol Abstract and Title Company by Carla Curts.
